Vickie says
I’m unfortunately a grinder as well! Mine is so loud the first time it happened sleeping next to my partner I woke him and completely freaked him out. I didn’t even think I’m stressed.
I tried generic sports mouth guards previously, but found them very bulky and uncomfortable. Is the bite guard from the dentist any better, or does it still feel like you’re sleeping with a whole orange in your mouth?
Noelle says
It’s TOTALLY comfortable. I don’t even realize it’s there now. I had a retainer in high school, and it feels just like that. I would definitely suggest giving it a go! Protect those teeth!
