OMG, I love Sun Basket! I just love, love, love it. It’s like CSA meets meal ingredient delivery. Except their recipes are way better than anything else that came on my radar since these kinds of establishment started to be available. I’ve been trying to find a service with recipes that are appealing to me for years. And nothing really fit the bill before I found Sun Basket several months ago.
I am a decent cook but these dishes, the sauces especially, elevate my dinners to a restaurant level quality. Quality of the proteins and really everything in the basket is superb. I never met chicken breast that’s so tasty before. And their online app is super convenient and the customer service is great too.
I can’t say enough good things about this service. Happy to hear they also sponsor one of my favorite podcasts.

I just listened to this episode and love how you addressed the woman concerned with belly fat – especially the part about accepting our bodies. We do a lot of work around this with our Mind Zoning® process, because our own, personal shaming or discomfort can actually lead the body to become “stuck.” It’s a mentally-driven plateau. Embrace your strong, beautiful bodies ladies. Tell it everyday how amazing it is as it continues to find its optimal place in health! 🙂
