Laura Lyons is a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner. She helps women take the fear out of food, balance their hormones, optimize digestion, and empower them to take charge of their health through a personalized, bio-individual approach. She specializes in holistic nutrition and general wellness, digestion, adrenal fatigue, hormonal imbalances, weight loss resistance, and lifestyle habits that with healing will allow women to thrive in a world of diet culture and confusion.
Kim Perez, NTP
Kim Perez is a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, and has a Masters Degree in Health Education. She is passionate about helping women nourish their whole selves, become in tune with their bodies, and harness the powers of real food, lifestyle habits, and mindset. With a functional and individualized approach, she specializes in women’s wellness including hormones and periods, fertility, fatigue, and chronic stress, weight loss resistance, and implementing intuitive, yet intentional nutrition.
Each person on the Coconuts and Kettlebells Coaching Team has her own story. We’ve struggled with body image issues, chronic fatigue, autoimmune conditions, gut inflammation, and adrenal dysfunction—to name a few, and now, we’re passionate about helping others on their health journey.
When working with our coaching team, we’ll help you get to the root of symptoms you would like to address including body image and mindset challenges, disordered eating, digestive disorders, thyroid conditions, metabolic dysfunction, weight loss resistance, hormonal imbalances, autoimmune conditions, insomnia, fatigue, adrenal insufficiency, and more.

Nourish | 1 comprehensive session
Includes one 75-minute session where we’ll discuss your history, current struggles, and goals, do a full nutrition and dietary assessment, and create a plan that is individual to you and will fit your lifestyle. After our session together, you’ll receive a document with notes and a detailed description of your personal plan, and any other resources (recipes, links, guides, etc.) that we think will be valuable to you. You’ll also have follow-up support via email.
Sustenance Package | 3 sessions
75-minute comprehensive session, two 45-minute follow-up sessions, 1-month subscription to Prep Dish Meal Planning
Includes one comprehensive session (see above!), plus two 45-minute follow-up sessions where we’ll work together to create new action steps based on your goals. You’ll also receive a one-month subscription to Prep Dish Meal Planning on me.
Whole Package | 6 session
75-minute initial session, five 45-minute follow-up sessions, 1-month subscription to Prep Dish Meal Planning
