I have a really dumb question: In this excellent podcast (LOVE your podcasts, by the way…started around #25 and working my way up!) you mentioned “Cebo” or something similar in regards to gut health/unhealth. What exactly is that? I’d love to research more. Thank you!

Yes! It’s actually SIBO, and it stands for Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth. It basically means there is an imbalance in the bacteria in the gut. Hope that helps! 🙂
