Hi Noelle! Stefani mentioned an article about “fat being there for a reason”? Do you have the link for it? Would really love to read 🙂 THANKS so much!
Noelle says
Amy! I tried to see if she could remember where this was, and she couldn’t. If either of us stumble upon the article again we’ll be sure to post it! Thanks for your support!

hey ladies! spent like four hours yesterday (time flies when you’re geeking out) diving into this whole cod liver oil scandal. i realize i’m super late to this particular rager, but something kept pulling me into the hubbub. political BS with just enough science to keep me enthralled, i suppose.
(english major with nerdy science tendencies, haayyy????????????)
anyway, i’m about to listen to this podcast, but proactively commenting — which is uber obnoxious, i’m fully aware, but i’ve stumbled upon some time to materialize my crazy cogitations, so…
☆ are there any updates (to the updates) on this whole affair?
☆ does the whole EVCLO vs. FCLO really, *truly* matter when it comes down to it, outside of scandalacious political mashugana?
°•☆ note: my entrails/internal systems and such aren’t sensitive at all, btdubz. usually takes a lot to affect me.
☆ what do you think about coconut oil infused with FCLO and skate liver oil? (i think green pastures offers that combo; i read something about it from someone on some forum in my manic quest for truth yesterday.)
°•☆ and besides the awesome coconut OCM regime — which, along with ACV toner, has worked wonders for me — how else do you use coconut oil, *on the inside*? ????
anyway (part II), just started listening to your podcast and i’m officially obsessed. (me? obsessed? whaaaattt??) i have legitimate girl crushes on both of you.
you guys rock like the stones. keep it up… you turbotastic, dopegasmic guru goddesses, you.
love & light & oleaginous* delight.
* “having the nature or qualities of oil; but also unctuous, fawning or smarmy.” (word of the day the other day. how silly and serendipitous ????????????)
