What’s in the Guide?
The Home Workout Guide is a 47-page ebook packed full of information to help you implement a workout routine at home using little to no equipment. In the guide, you’ll find information about how to stay motivated, what workouts you should do each week based on your experience level, and two weeks worth of do-anywhere style workouts.
I also give detailed instructions (with photos!) about how to perform each movement listed in the guide, along with modifications for all levels and abilities.
In other words – this guide is great for beginners and experienced athletes alike.
Overtime, I plan to improve this ebook and make it more refined, and using your feedback – I’d love to create a much more in-depth and diverse product (possibly a program, or app) specifically tailored to your needs.
