Lena says
Hey Noelle – I want to humbly share some advice – because as a mama, I know most advice is unwanted ๐
I’ve had mastitis a few times myself (with both of my babies) and my midwife always put me on bedrest with my baby for at least 24 – 48 hours and told me to drink LOTS of water. Nurse as much as possible. Add an echinacea tincture if you want to be fancy. This has worked for me every time. The idea is that I was really doing too much and needed to let my baby fix the booby!! We never needed antibiotics. It does mean that someone would have to watch Stella for you all day while you do this … Not sure if you have extended family that could do that for you so your hubby can bring you food/water…
I hope this helps … Love you and all you do!! Thank you thank you!

Thank you Lena! I actually tried everything. Upped my vitamin C, took sunflower lecithin, took garlic, etc. It wasn’t until I took the broad spectrum antibiotic that if finally went away after 4 weeks. I appreciate your help!
