I love Taking Charge of Your Fertility, such a great read!
When I went off BC, my cycles were really short. I believe acupuncture really helped to regulate my cycles. My location has community sessions which makes it a lot more affordable.
Noelle says
GREAT recommendation, Amber! Totally agree that acupuncture can help. I’ll remember that for next time!
Anna says

Prescript Assist – I’ve tried numerous probiotics and never really felt like they did any good – this one’s a good one? I take your recommendations very seriously!
Noelle says
Yep! Highly recommend it. 🙂
