I started listening to the podcast a couple of weeks ago and I love it. I am considering trying to eat a more Paleo diet and the info y’all provide is great. Plus, I tried oil cleansing last night for the first time. I struggle with dry, dull skin especially in the winter and I am interested to see if this helps. Keep the shows coming!

So much good info in this episode (as there is in every episode)! I just started to wash my face with coconut oil as you suggest and am loving how my skin feels. I’ve also tried the breathing technique and am a huge fan of that as well. Keep the great info coming! Thanks!
