Lora Friedenthal (@darkmagess) says
Even just following normal paleo, I can’t eat huge meals anymore. Like, I don’t know how people do it. Thanksgiving is my least favorite holiday cause it’s supposed to be some huge feast, but I just have a plate of food? And then I’m full?
I think I need to hear the starches v. fruit sugars again. Low carb didn’t do anything for me, so I added back some carbs. A mix of honey/coconut sugar and sweet potatoes & plantains. Not a TON, but around 100 grams. It didn’t do anything to my weight for a few weeks but is maybe having an effect now, and I’m not sure how I feel about this.
Figuring out what to eat and how much is so confusing and everyone has a different opinion.
