I have read that supplements are not good for individuals with bipolar disorders due to some affects to serotonin or dopamine, certain hormones and amino acids affecting neurotransmitters which could interfere with mood regulation specifically creating a mania episode.
I was hoping that maybe you would be able to contradict this information or possibly have any information regarding how one with bipolar could take amino acids and creatine?
