Kettle and Fire bone broth is packed with critical vitamins, amino acids and collagen that can only come from animal bones & connective tissues. They combine the highest-collagen content bones with organic vegetables and herbs to make their bone broth, and itโs simmered for 20+ hours, so they donโt cut corners. I personally drink Kettle & Fire bone broth daily, and itโs been so crucial for me in this crazy postpartum period to support my gut health, and immune system. The bone broth comes in individual which are super easy to open and are shelf stable. This means they are great to travel with (I always take a carton or two with me wherever I go), and it frees up extra room in your freezer. If you canโt tell, Iโm over the moon about kettle and fire bone broth. It tastes great, itโs great for you.

My daughter was 7 when a friend told her that her winter coat made her fat. Can you guess how mad i was about this!? We really try to focus on eating so we feel good and this kid set her back big time. (She stopped wearing her warm winter coat). She is so thin already, but she has an athletic body with muscles, so she doesnโt look like this friend that is super picky and malnutritioned due to it. Frustrating! (But this is one way that an eating disorder starts at age 7! Hopefully we can counter act so our daughter does not battle this throughout her life. )
