Honey Lime Dressing
This honey lime dressing is a simple vinaigrette that pairs perfectly with any salad. It’s light and refreshing, and only takes 5 minutes to make. Use it as a marinade, dressing, or mix it with fruit for a sweet and tangy fruit salad!

Ingredients
- ¼ cup fresh lime juice
- 2 tablespoons honey
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon sea salt
- Pinch of black pepper
- ½ cup extra-virgin olive oil
Instructions
- Mix: Whisk together the lime juice, honey, garlic powder, sea salt, and black pepper until combined. Slow pour in the olive oil one tablespoon at a time and whisk until creamy and emulsified.
- Store: Transfer to an airtight container and store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
Notes
- This recipe makes just about ¾ cup of dressing, or 6 servings.
- If you use a raw honey that is more solid, heat it up in the microwave for 5-10 seconds before mixing, or use a blender to mix the dressing until smooth.
- Swap the lime juice for lemon juice for a slightly different flavor!
- If the olive oil solidifies in the fridge, just lay out the dressing at room temperature for about 30-45 minutes, then shake to reincorporate.
