Honey Lime Dressing

This honey lime dressing is a simple vinaigrette that pairs perfectly with any salad. It’s light and refreshing, and only takes 5 minutes to make. Use it as a marinade, dressing, or mix it with fruit for a sweet and tangy fruit salad!

Prep: 5Total: 5 minutes
Servings: 6 1x

  • ¼ cup fresh lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • Pinch of black pepper
  • ½ cup extra-virgin olive oil

  1. Mix: Whisk together the lime juice, honey, garlic powder, sea salt, and black pepper until combined. Slow pour in the olive oil one tablespoon at a time and whisk until creamy and emulsified.
  2. Store: Transfer to an airtight container and store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.

  1. This recipe makes just about ¾ cup of dressing, or 6 servings.
  2. If you use a raw honey that is more solid, heat it up in the microwave for 5-10 seconds before mixing, or use a blender to mix the dressing until smooth.
  3. Swap the lime juice for lemon juice for a slightly different flavor!
  4. If the olive oil solidifies in the fridge, just lay out the dressing at room temperature for about 30-45 minutes, then shake to reincorporate.
