Mango Coconut Milk Smoothie

The most creamy and delicious coconut milk smoothie made with mango! This smoothie is simple, satisfying, and refreshing. Just four simple ingredients and it takes minutes to make!

  • 2 cups frozen mango
  • 1 medium banana, sliced
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons honey (optional)
  • Ice cubes (if needed)


  1. Blend: Add 1 cup of frozen mango along with the sliced banana, coconut milk, lemon juice, and honey to the blender. Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as necessary. Add the remaining 1 cup frozen mango and blend until smooth. Add 2-4 ice cubes to thicken if needed.
  2. Pour: Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy immediately.


  1. You can store leftovers 1 day in a sealed jar in the refrigerator. Shake to re-integrate if needed.
  2. Use a frozen banana if you like your smoothies extra thick. Make sure it’s sliced prior to freezing and add a little more cold water when blending if needed.
  3. You can add 1 scoop of protein powder or collagen peptides.
  4. You can use either unsweetened coconut milk or canned coconut milk for this recipe! Note that the smoothie will be thicker and have a higher fat content if you used canned coconut milk.
