I lov this podcast, I just started listening to ya’ll and lov ya.
I turned 40 this year and start paleo to finally feel better about myself because of the diet chain, eat less workout blah blah blah….
I’m 5’1″ eat 1200 calories (I feel yuck if I eat more) and I have lost 13 lbs, I now weight 137, and lov how I look and feel, I really think it is the lifestyle change also.
I never loved how my body looked, but listening to this podcast you or step said something about when you loved your body and I finally loved my body when I didn’t have lov handles, or that muffin top, and guess what I can eat anything I want…
You & Steph are great and lov the information ya’ll give.
Ya’ll should repeat this podcast again, just to help remind us young & old to always lov our bodies.
