You can say what’s on your mind as long as you live with the reality that some people will NEVER agree with you. Fat shaming is a very interesting topic. Part of me thinks people who engage in this are mad that someone else has the nerve not to bow to some ridiculous social pressure that they have bought into.

Hubby got a Vasectomy a couple months ago and I’m getting ready to get off these birth control pills (combo pills) that I’ve been on for over 10 years. Thanks for the info! Water info was also educating…especially the whole concept of drinking more water makes you more thirsty…

3 months after I stopped hormonal birth control pills my hair starting falling out…IN CLUMPS. For 6 months. I did all I could and went to 4 dermatologists. Minimal help.
These things are so horrible for you….
