The Coconuts and Kettlebells Coaching Team is made up of highly experienced medical professionals, practitioners, and coaches who believe in pursuing health from a place of self-love, and with an individualized, holistic approach. Our goal is to walk along side of you, and help you figure out what your body needs in order to help you accomplish your goals, and live a vibrant and healthy life.
Meet Noelle Tarr, NTP, CPT
In order to impact the world in a greater capacity, I’ve personally hand-picked the best of the best to work on the Coconuts and Kettlebells Coaching Team. Our mission is to serve people in a way that allows them to ditch diet dogma and guilt, and pursue what’s best for their own body. As the coordinator and owner, I’ll be contacting you personally to make sure you’re paired up with a practitioner that best fits your needs.

Andrea Moore, DPT, NTP
Andrea Moore received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the Medical University of South Carolina, and is a Board Certified Orthopaedic Specialist, Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, and Sports Performance Coach. She has a wide variety of specialities, including chronic pain, fatigue, mental and emotional health, and general wellness, and is passionate about using an individualized approach for long-term health and vitality.
Elena Kyrgos, LMFT, NTP
Elena Kyrgos is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Nutritional Therapy Practitioner. Her experience and professional trainings have led her to specialize in using mindfulness skills and Dr. Brené Brown’s The Daring Way™ method with those who want help with body image, eating struggles, and perfectionism. Elena is passionate about helping people get to the root of long-standing health issues and restoring balance to the body.
Clara Wisner, NTP
Clara Wisner is a Nutrition Therapy Practitioner, Certified Primal Expert, and is trained in Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and Voice Dialogue. She specializes in helping women ditch toxic habits and release self-sabotaging beliefs that keep them from creating the health and happiness they deserve with her unique approach that addresses mental, physical, spiritual, and emotional health.
Tracy Toft, PA-C
Tracy Toft is currently a practicing physician assistant at a non-profit charity clinic. After being diagnosed with Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis, she was able to rebuilt her health using a targeted, real food approach. She specializes in holistic wellness, sleep issues, fatigue, balance, adrenal health, and general wellness, and has expertise in autoimmune conditions and using an autoimmune paleo approach.
Elisa Jordan is a certified Eating Psychology Coach and Yoga Instructor. As a recovering perfectionist, she specializes in helping others to loosen the reigns of control and obsession with food, fitness, and body image. Elisa uses tools from yoga and eating psychology to help clients build a slow and pleasure-rooted relationship with food, fitness, and body image.
Kim Jordan, NTP
Kim Jordan is a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, and has a Master degree in Health Education. She is passionate about helping others uncover root causes, become in tune with their bodies, and harness the powers of the nutrition, lifestyle habits, and mindset. With a functional and individualized approach, she specializes in fatigue and adrenal imbalances, digestive issues, thyroid dysfunction, weight loss resistance, and general wellness.
Michelle Hoover, NTP
Shannon Keating, NTP
Shannon Keating is a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and CrossFit Instructor based out of Denver, Colorado. She’s passionate about helping women regain their energy and individual spark, and specializes in hormonal, digestive, and adrenal balance. Through nutritional therapy, she helps her clients transform all aspects of their life, including food, movement, relationships, play, and purpose. Her goal is to help women find grace and love for their bodies in the process.

Each person on the Coconuts and Kettlebells Coaching Team has her own story. We’ve struggled with body image issues, chronic fatigue, autoimmune conditions, gut inflammation, and adrenal dysfunction—to name a few, and now, we’re passionate about helping others on their health journey.

Includes one 75-minute session where we’ll discuss your history, current struggles, and goals, do a full nutrition and dietary assessment, and create a plan that is individual to you and will fit your lifestyle. After our session together, you’ll receive a document with notes and a detailed description of your personal plan, and any other resources (recipes, links, guides, etc.) that we think will be valuable to you. You’ll also have follow-up support via email.
Sustenance Package | 3 sessions
75-minute comprehensive session, two 45-minute follow-up sessions, 1-month subscription to Prep Dish Meal Planning
Includes one comprehensive session (see above!), plus two 45-minute follow-up sessions where we’ll work together to create new action steps based on your goals. You’ll also receive a one-month subscription to Prep Dish Meal Planning on me.
Whole Package | 6 session
