Thanks for answering my question! It turns out I was B12 deficient even though the multivitamin I was taking had B12. I’ve been eating liver and taking methylated B12 and feel like myself again. No weight loss, but I have energy again and less brain fog. Thought you might want to know! Thanks for your thoughts.

I just went to a pelvic floor PT at 8 months postpartum and I have exactly the issue you were describing. I did not know how to relax my pelvic floor, so all the kegels in the world would’ve just made it worse. It’s interesting that weakness in my glutes and tightness in my quads and hips all contribute to the issues I’m experiencing as well. I am so happy I went to see a PT and I would recommend it to all women.
