Great podcast episode (as always) and thanks a lot for the two recipes. I recently tried a chocolate mousse with a secret veggie ingredient as well – in my case: eggplant 😉
Sounds very strange but was delicious in the end – had to think about this when I heard you talking about the avocado recipe. Did you try one of those yet?
