Oh god, coffee. Not only does coffee stick in my system forever, but it completely bypasses all those awesome feelings of being high effects and goes straight to anxiety. So the fact that caffeine directly increases stress hormones does not seem like news to me. A single cup of regularly caffeinated coffee puts me tangibly closer to a panic attack.

Hi there! doesn’t Prescript Assist contain prebiotics, which might be a bad idea for someone with SIBO? Love the idea of Beta TCP!
Noelle says
Hi Ashley! Yes, Prescript Assist contains leonardite, which is a prebiotic mixture of humic and fulvic acids, which allows the beneficial bacteria to proliferate and thrive. This doesn’t mean it won’t work for people with SIBO, however. Some prebiotic materials (like FOS) can cause digestive distress for those with SIBO, but it’s incredibly individual. Hope that helps!

I came across a sloth design for blankets, and thought of Stephani

After re-starting I realised just how bad my IBS symptoms were. I spent weeks blaming bread, dairy, coffee (admittedly coffee doesn’t help) but for me, using the Lady Soma Probiotics is the easiest way to guarantee regular bowel movements! Its a good valu, and I just take the Lady Soma pills with any food I eat, and I have not had IBS since.
